More 柬埔寨最為人熟悉的應該是舉世聞名的吳哥窟，還有就是在赤柬統制下的大屠殺等歷史事件。對於柬埔寨的音樂大家可能比較陌生。Dengue Fever 「登革熱」是 L.A. 一個以唱柬埔寨歌曲為主的樂隊。 樂隊創辦人 Zac Holtzman 和 Ethan Holtzman 是兄弟，弟弟在一次柬埔寨之旅深受當地六、七十年代歌曲的影響，然後回國創辦 Dengue Fever。由於他們不懂高棉語，所以開車到 L.A. Long Beach 的柬埔寨人聚居的區域，希望找到一些駐唱歌手來一起組團。最後他們在一所叫 Dragon House 的夜店找到女主唱 Chhom Nimol。 在他們最新的專輯《Venus On Earth》裡我最喜歡的一首是由 Chhom 和 Zac 合唱的英文歌「Tiger Phone Card」 。是一首關於異地戀的情歌，非常可愛！ Less |
