LUNCH TODAY: hamberg steak curry I just made a Japanese hamberg steak with the minced pork left yesterday. But I'd only add some chopped garlic, pepper, bread crumbs, and an egg in it. Don't need to add too much seasoning since the curry's already rich with flavour. Fry the hamburg steak with low heat while the curry's almost done, so that you can get both of it hot. I think I'm gonna keep on cooking as long as I'm in vacation!
