[continue] We are so forturnate that it happened in the 60s 70s not now. Being part of the ASEAN, we have to understand and know about other ASEAN countries. Thats why we have the social studies subject in school...cover topics from all kinds of vulnerability that a country could face we were very young then kids of 15-16, wondering why do we have another exam subject. Aung San Suu Kyi has appeared in the textbook before. Not only her, actually any countries that go through independent or conflict has suffered these before. East Timor and not forgetting my countries , Singapore and Malaysia. | |
