There's a multitude of "wish list" services out there on the web today, but none of them that I've used have been quite a slick as Wishlistr.com. They make full use of advanced javascript functionality (including Ajax and Script.aculo.us) to make a simple, clean interface that will have you up and running in seconds flat.
