"made in tokyo" is a book i am reading recently. the book is a guidebook for the "da-me" architecture made in tokyo. it is the result of the research on the informal architecture (buildings) in tokyo city. 這是一本值得對建築或是都市研究有興趣的設計者閱讀的書。當面對城市這個複雜的人類環境產物時，刻板的數據研究或是現代主義式的分類規劃方式需要被想像力挑戰嗎？我們需要新的規劃方式或是研究方法來規劃設計我們的建築與城市嗎？亞洲的城市文化或說是生活文化是否潛藏著新的建築／城市設計能源呢？
