我開始不懂得怎麼寫長文字，開始不習慣對著白色框框報告自己的生活，至此我覺得我已錯過記錄很多生活的片段。 在廣州的時候又和媽媽“吵”了，因為晚了回家而我又沒有很好的報備。她一下子情緒就決堤了，所有指控推到我身上。“我上輩子欠了你們父女的嗎” “他的苦果我全部一個人承擔” “家對你來說到底是什麼” “我還有存在的價值嗎” 看到這些話一開始確實有點慌，但後來想了一想，也許是媽媽待在廣州忙他的後事都找不到一個宣洩口，我剛好做錯事就成了那個出氣的對象了。我很想說，他走了之後我也在找我的存在意義，很想說一直以來並不是只有你在難過，也很想說你不應該在我們身上找你的存在意義。但後來再想了一想，對媽媽來說，家可能真的就是她的全部。二十四歲之後她的人生全是圍繞著“家”展開的，而我此刻的難題和她在我這個年紀的難題並不一樣，在這個時候理性地揪這些出來講並不合適，所以當時并沒有馬上回應她的情緒（我自己也不夠心力去回應），只是第二天早上解釋和道了歉。 counsellor，Vicki說我在看待自己和家人的關係方面想法比以前更成熟和體諒了。我自己並沒有意識到這一點，以至於她這麼說的時候我有種“咦是這樣嗎”的感覺。可能是我以前真的都把“自責”當做“愛”吧，上演著太多內心戲其實沒有人聽得到你想說什麼。 家庭對我來說更像是一種責任。愛和溫情的部分雖然不是沒有，但感覺很少。的確從小被灌輸了很多“責任”和“規矩”的概念，怎麼說呢，有好有壞吧。好在，因為這些責任感，我不會放任自己亂來；壞在，這些責任感讓我無法完全地享受快樂。 在廣州，和媽媽“吵”完的第二天，和Mrs Ng一起吃飯，和她聊了很多，收穫很大。她當時就說，“Parents are weird creatures.” 到了三十多歲，每當她踏進她媽媽的家門，她媽媽還是會把她當小孩一樣看待。還說，到了現在她還是會擔心她的孩子。能夠聽她以一個過來人和母親的身份講述她的經歷，讓我在看待和家人關係的這個問題上有了另外一番見解，同時也有預感在未來可能還會和我媽發生相似的爭吵，瞬間就淡定了（笑）。 Mrs Ng真的是個很神奇的女人。說起來為什麼我和她的交情這麼好，還是因為高二準備考雅思的時候莫名其妙地請她幫忙訓練我的speaking，無意間就讓她了解了很多我家裡和生活中的事。後來上次和她在海港城吃飯的時候，才知道原來她對靈學也很有研究，還讓我去學打太極（笑）。 去年聖誕回學校，她知道我爸的事之後第一時間把我抱住，而只有在她懷裡我才有勇氣落淚。這半年以來，她是這麼多舊相識里唯一一個見到我的眼淚的人。生命中雖然有很多的不幸，但成長過程中我真的遇到了很多很好的老師，這一點我一直心懷感激。 他走了以後，我開始比以前更加相信靈學，開始相信有些事情真的是命中註定。Vicki也同意接觸靈學其實會讓人更好地接受和面對生命中的不幸。我最近很想重拾星盤。S說這樣不太好，我會被潛移默化，還問我，看到自己的不足，為什麼不改變？我覺得我看到的不是不足，其實我在占星上找到了自己性格的成因，從而可以在心理學的層面上進一步了解自己並且進行一個反思。很多東西你不需要改變或者解決它，而且你也解決不了，你所做的其實就只有了解它並且學會和它共存。人越大越覺得，知道的越多，面對生活時就越淡定。 他走了以後，我一直在努力和心中巨大的孤獨感共存。一開始被那堵墻嚇怕了，現在開始能夠慢慢地重新接納身邊的人。今年的生日過得很開心，意外地吃了兩個蛋糕。hall的那個蛋糕是意料之中的，林二神的那份我就真的沒有想到。香港的大家真的非常親切又可愛。想到身邊的新朋友，舊朋友的陪伴，開始覺得孤獨感漸漸被縮小了。
