I remember we had this dinner in the hottest day in Eindhoven at my home and without any air-cond. But the curry was soooo good that i couldnt stop eating and I even saved it for the day after. And eventually i got ill because i ate too much curry. Len said he learned the thai cooking while having his vacation in Thailand (fancy!) and also after his own homemade curry dinners in Eindhoven, he mastered his curry cooking skills.
